A relatively new crypto casino, Bets.io, offers services to players who hold a balance in NGN, and has posted its limits.
Bets.io offers an online casino and a sportsbook. It offers services from Nigeria in a version where the text is in English and Nigerian Naira is the express currency. During sign up, the account default currency is NGN but this can be changed to LTC or other supported crypto-currencies.
Bets.io is very transparent and clear by stating its withdrawal limits in its Terms and Conditions.

According to Bets.io, it accepts Nigerian players under a license issued by the Republic of the Union of the Comoros.

It is "licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, under Licence No. ALSI-202410047-FI2".
Section 2.6 lists 44 restricted countries, among them Angola, Ethiopia, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Uganda and Rwanda. Nigeria is not on it.
What it does not hold
What it does not holdNo Nigerian licence. Bets.io is not on the Lagos register, and not on the Lagos illegal-operator list either. Anjouan is one of the lightest licences in crypto gambling, and Bets.io's own Responsible Gaming page still describes the company as "regulated by the Government of Costa Rica", which does not match the terms. Section 8.2 warns that winnings made from a restricted country through a VPN can be kept by Bets.io.

Bets.io withdrawal limits: caps that grow with deposits

A player balance in Litecoin is capped at that amount in LTC ( section 7.9). Therefore, a player who deposited 1 LTC and won a slot game with a large payout will have his/her winnings capped at 10,000 USDT in that gaming month. Large win payouts above 30,000 USDT will be paid out according to an agreement between the player and Bets.io, and no single gaming session can have a payout that exceeds 100,000 USDT (section 7.12, and 7.15).
There are conditions to the "instant" withdrawals. Section 7.2 states that the processing time frames given on the site are estimates and relevant only after Bets.io completes verification of the player's identity. Additionally, section 15.13 states that Bets.io can legally retain a player's withdrawal request for a review of compliance, to verify that the player is not using Bets.io's services for illegal/prohibited activities and/or to confirm that Bets.io is not in violation of any local laws and/or regulations. Based on the exchange rate at CoinGecko on 24 September 2026, 1 LTC was equal to ₦90,239. The minimum deposit amount is given in section 6.4. According to the about us page, the minimum amount that can be withdrawn is "0.001 BTC or crypto equivalent". The terms and conditions state that the minimum amount is depending on the cryptocurrency being withdrawn, and should be confirmed with the cashier. Check the cashier before your first deposit.
Two rules protect you if you read them first. Crypto sent on the wrong network or to a wrong address cannot be recovered (section 3.2), and section 6.2 puts network and processing fees on the player. The bonus terms say their table is "applied to the calculation of all bonuses". It values one LTC at 60 USDT and puts the naira at 79 to the USDT, so it prices one Litecoin at ₦4,740. The market paid ₦90,239 for one on the day we read it. The naira rows of each bonus clause were clearly not all built from that table, and they do not agree with each other either.
Meaning for you: A naira balance can merge with the welcome bonus, but must clear it at ₦160 a spin at most. A 10 000 bonus requires 40x and results in a minimum of 400 000 naira worth of bets, which is 2500 spins within 7 days. We compare this with offers that have no rollover requirements. Bets made with a LTC balance can be increased to 17x.

The wagering clause reads: "40 times the amount of the bonus received (deposit bonus + winnings from free spins)". So a good free-spin run makes your target bigger. A 1 LTC first deposit gives 1 LTC of bonus and at least 40 LTC of bets, which is 1,334 spins or more at the 0.03 LTC cap, all within seven days. Slots count in full; table and live games count 5%. Progressive jackpots and Amusnet slots are off while a bonus runs.
The cap on winnings matters most. Under general rule 8, a deposit bonus can win at most five times the deposit it came with. On a 0.35 LTC deposit, that is 1.75 LTC, whatever the reels do. Bets.io cashback: what "up to 30%" really pays
No single cashback in the terms pays 30%.
- Upon registration, you will receive a 10% cashback on your losses, up to a maximum of 16.6 LTC.
- After registration, you will receive cashback in the amount of 5% to 10% on your prior day’s losses, based on your loyalty level, and after a 0.35 LTC deposit.
- Cashback in the amount of 20% will be granted after a cumulative deposit of 834 LTC (N70,000,000) has been made within a week.
- Wagering: 3x on every cashback, within 7 days.
At Bronze, the first loyalty level, the daily rate is 5%. The cashback page itself says the weekly 20% needs "₦70 million during the week", so the headline figure is for a handful of very high rollers. Cashback is paid only on real-money losses, never while a bonus is active.

Verification is done as stipulated in section 15.6. Bets.io "reserves the right to carry out ID verification and address verification" and other validation checks. No limits to set, and two versions of self-exclusion.
Bets.io's Responsible Gaming page advises you to "set yourself a deposit limit", but neither it nor the terms describe a tool to do it. No deposit, loss or session limit is offered, and no reality check. The only lever is self-exclusion, and the two pages that describe it disagree.
The terms offer 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year or indefinite, and say you keep the right to withdraw your balance. The Responsible Gaming page offers only 6 months to 5 years, set by messaging support, and "permanent for the set time span". Ask support in writing which rule applies, and withdraw your balance before you exclude, so the answer does not matter.

Verdict: who Bets.io suits
Bets.io is easy to start with: a naira balance if you want one, Litecoin as a wallet currency, a big live casino and support that is always there. It also writes its withdrawal caps down, which is more than many casinos do.
It loses points on nearly everything that protects a player. The licence is from Anjouan, a new account can take out 10,000 USDT a month at most, and the bonus counts free-spin wins in a 7-day 40x target. The naira bonus figures follow a stale rate table. No limit tools are described, the self-exclusion rules conflict, and a dormant balance can be confiscated after a year.
