  1. The page link

Copy it from your browser's address bar.

  2. The figure you think is wrong

A minimum, a fee, a bonus term or a licence detail.

  3. Where you saw the right one

A link to the casino's own page, or a screenshot of its cashier.

Send the email to hello@litecoinnew.com, and be sure to NOT include your financial information or personal information.

We can

  • Fix a figure, a date or a broken link on our pages
  • Explain how a score or a naira figure was worked out
  • Take a better source than the one we cite

We cannot

  • Unlock an account, speed up a withdrawal or claim a bonus
  • Recover crypto sent to the wrong address or network
  • Give legal or tax advice for your own case

Where a complaint about a casino should go

In this order, and in writing.

  1. The casino's support, by e-mail

Email and chat are both methods of contacting a casino. Emails, however, are a better method of contact because emails can be documented and stored.

  2. The casino's own complaints process

Our review of the casino will provide information regarding the terms and conditions of the casino.

  3. The regulator that licenses it

The Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority handles complaints in regard to unpaid winnings, account problems, and bet disputes. Contact the casino's regulator to address problems with the casino.

We have a resource that provides information regarding locating a casino’s Lagos Gaming License.

What the law says

Since a Supreme Court ruling of 22 November 2024, each state licenses gambling within its borders. Crypto is legal and regulated by the SEC. A casino licensed abroad is not licensed by any Nigerian state, and our reviews say which kind each casino is.

Check before you play

Lagos law makes promoting unlicensed gaming an offence, and the Lagos authority publishes a list of operators it calls illegal; none of them appear on this site. Check that playing is lawful where you live. Our guide is crypto gambling legal in Nigeria explains the rules.
