Is OreonBet legit? Its Nevis licence and Nigeria
A relatively new gaming authority and its register.
What OreonBet holds
The footer reads: "Oreonbet.com is owned and operated by LEUATAR NET LTD, a company registered and established under the laws of Saint Kitts & Nevis, with registration number C63566 ... licensed and regulated by the Nevis Online Gaming Authority with License Number LIC-B2C202607C635660001".
The authority's public register lists Leuatar Net Ltd as "Active", B2C, expiring 12/07/2027, with https://oreonbet.com/ as the authorised URL.
What to watch
The register works under the Nevis Online Gaming Ordinance 2025 and listed ten licensees. The authority's contact address, Heritage Plaza 2, Unit 207, is the same unit as Leuatar's registered address. Nigeria is not on OreonBet's list of countries barred from real-money play. Lagos requires a state licence, and OreonBet has none: it is not on the Lagos register or the Lagos illegal-operator list.
One more check before you sign up: a look-alike site, oreonbetscasino.com, ranks in Google for OreonBet searches. The register authorises oreonbet.com only, so type that address yourself. Our guides on how to check a Lagos licence and crypto gambling law state by state explain what a foreign licence does and does not cover. Our guide on how to spot a fake crypto casino covers the other warning signs.
How OreonBet pays out: weekly caps by VIP level

| Supernova | $30,000 | $10,000 | about ₦13.3 million |
| Galaxy | $100,000 | $20,000 | about ₦26.5 million |
A big win at the first level leaves in $2,000 slices, one week at a time. The terms add that "only one instant withdrawal per day may be permitted", and that deposits must be wagered once before a withdrawal or "a fee may apply up to 10%".
Progressive jackpots have their own clause: "Full payout may be completed within up to 2 years." That applies to the jackpot on the home page, which read $1,233,444 on 25 September 2026. Tax on winnings is yours to handle; our guide on tax on gambling winnings explains Nigeria's 5% withholding rule.

Currencies: 1 USDT = ₦1,325.77 (CoinGecko, 25 September 2026) and ₦90,239 = 1 Litecoin (24 September 2026). The FAQs state your balance is converted to the currency of your choice (Euro, US Dollar, CAD Dollar, AUD Dollar) and is reflective of your Litecoin balance. You can use our Litecoin to Naira converter to see your expected conversion.
Getting naira into OreonBet, and back out
No support for Naira means an exchange will be used for both the deposit and withdrawal processes.
- Deposit process: Convert Naira to Litecoin through a exchange and send at least 10 US Dollars worth of Litecoin to your OreonBet account.
- Withdraw process: Withdrawn Litecoin from your account and sell it on the exchange to get Naira and transfer it to your bank.
- Your coins turn into euros or dollars inside the casino.
- You can deposit other cryptos apart from Litecoin and Bitcoin, but for withdrawal, only Bitcoin and Litecoin are supported.
If you want naira in and out on the same site, 1xBet and 22Bet offer that under Lagos licences. Our guide to withdrawing from a crypto casino to a Nigerian bank walks through the exchange leg.
The OreonBet bonus: 300% that Nigeria cannot cash out
The bonus has conditions which restricts withdrawal of some winnings.
One of the terms of use states “Welcome bonuses, no-deposit free money bonuses, and match bonuses are available for redemption and withdrawal only to players from” six named countries. The six listed countries do not include Nigeria. Players located in Nigeria are able to see all of the bonuses, but according to the terms, they are not allowed to cash out any of the bonuses.
The wagering on the welcome offer is not published either: the bonuses page asks you to log in, and the promotion cards carry no terms. The general rules add a $20 maximum bet with a bonus, excluded games including roulette, baccarat and live dealer, and "sticky" terms that stay after wagering.
What a Nigerian player can use is the VIP scheme: instant cashback of 20% at the first level up to 40% at Galaxy, weekend free spins and a Crystals shop. Cashback is not a bonus in the terms' list, but check its conditions before you rely on it. The crypto casino bonuses page lists offers that do work on a crypto deposit from Nigeria.
OreonBet games: RTG slots, tables and jackpots
One studio, a classic catalogue and a progressive jackpot on the home page.
In addition to the traditional casino games and video slot games offered on the website, players may participate in Crash Games and Plinko. It is also mentioned in the About Us section of the website that Live Dealer Games are available; however, they are not made readily available to the general public.
There is no game counter anywhere on the site. One studio means one style: if you like modern Pragmatic Play or Hacksaw slots, this is the wrong lobby. Our crash games guide explains the Plinko and crash titles.
Signing up at OreonBet and when KYC starts
You get two possibilities here, go with the more strict one.
The FAQ says they don’t require KYC to register. Docs are only required if a user breaks the terms. The KYC page says you are required to verify your identity if your total deposits reach 5,000 euros or you make a withdrawal request.
Prepare your ID, a selfie and a bank statement or utility bill from the last three months. You’ll need these to verify your identity before you make your first withdrawal. If you don’t have these, your winnings will be on hold. You can play the site in your mobile browser. The site will prompt you to install it on your home screen.

Is OreonBet safe? Support and complaints
A live chat and two emails.
- Live chat or support@oreonbet.com
The first stop, around the clock.
- management@oreonbet.com
Also the address for limits, cool-off and self-exclusion.
- Central Dispute System
The terms say you have a right to pursue one alternate dispute resolution. The cost will be covered by OreonBet.
- The Nevis Online Gaming Authority
The terms say you can contact the regulator.
Even with its problems, OreonBet has a better documented route out of a dispute than most other casinos. Its weaknesses are in other areas. For example, it has two versions of the KYC rule, a non-cashable bonus, and a regulator that has only 10 licenses on its register. Until it earns a better reputation, players should set limits on their deposits.
Responsible gambling at OreonBet and where to get help
Limits and breaks by e-mail. The helplines below are independent of any casino.
| Tool | At OreonBet |
|---|---|
| Deposit limits | Daily, weekly or monthly, by e-mail; "may not fully apply to cryptocurrencies" |
| Cool-off | 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, 1 year or indefinite |
| Self-exclusion | Temporary or permanent, by e-mail to management@oreonbet.com |
| Outside help listed | Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy, GamCare |
A deposit limit that "may not fully apply to cryptocurrencies" is a weak tool on a crypto-only site. Set your naira budget on the exchange instead, where you control it, and use the lines below if play stops being fun.

Verdict: who OreonBet suits
OreonBet does the Litecoin basics well: public figures, $10 in, $20 out, no casino fee. Its licence appears on the regulator's register, and its dispute route names an outside body.
Due to the above restrictions, it is unlikely that players from Nigeria will want to use OreonBet. Currently, its selection is worse than both Bitguruz and Winna.
Players that wish to use RTG slots should also consider using OreonBet.
Players that plan to withdraw large amounts of money in the near future should consider using other casinos.
OreonBet vs Winna, Bitguruz and Thrill
The other casinos that opened in 2024 to 2026, asked the same questions.
| Casino | Licence date | Litecoin out from | Withdrawal ceiling | Review |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| OreonBet | July 2026 | $20 | $2,000 a week to start | This page |
| Winna | Launched late 2024 | $20 | $10,000 a day | Winna review |
| Bitguruz | Number points to May 2025 | $25 | $5 million a month | Bitguruz review |
| Thrill | June 2025 | 0.0186 LTC | No cap | Thrill review |
All four are ranked on our new crypto casinos page. For every Litecoin cashier read the same way, see the Litecoin casinos ranking.
